- We believe in good old
fashioned customer relations, there is no automated check-out here.
- Each order
will be dealt with personally by a member of our sales team. Please include the
item description, reference number and your postal area with all
correspondence. All of our packages are dispatched via recorded and insured
delivery every working week day.
- We accept most methods of online payments, and all major credit/debit cards, UK cheques,
& postal orders in GB Pounds.

The postage price includes recorded
delivery and insurance up to £34.00.
For overseas postage the £3.50 recorded and insured
fee is optional, providing you acknowledge that the item
will be sent at your risk and I cannot be
held responsible for mail that fails to arrive. All orders
will be sent via recorded and insured delivery unless
otherwise specified.
If you need to
insure the item up to £500 please
add £1.50 to the total.
If you are outside of the UK you must allow 28 days airmail
and 60 days surface before claiming an item has been lost.
You get a 14 day refund period from date of receipt to return
an item for a full refund, providing the item is in the same
condition it was sent.
